Bulls cruise to victory
Queensland is second on the Weet-Bix Sheffield Shield table after comfortably defeating New South Wales by 10 wickets at the SCG.
Set just 119 runs to win outright, the Bulls reached their target without loss shortly before tea on the final day.
Openers Ryan Broad (51) and Nick Kruger (61) were untroubled in knocking off the required runs after reaching their half-centuries within a ball of each other.
Broad hit six fours, with Kruger reaching the fence on eight occasions in a chanceless knock.
Veteran Queensland top-order batsman Martin Love was declared man of the match following his first-innings century.
Queensland (16 points) shares top position on the ladder with Victoria, while last year's champion NSW is languishing in equal last.
Adding to the home side's woes, leg spinner Beau Casson was taken from the field after dislocating a finger attempting to stop a fierce drive from Broad.
He later returned and was able to bowl
